Returns & Replacement Eligibility
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not working
- You received the wrong product/item
- The product received has missing parts or accessories
To request a return, customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery along with unboxing video & images as proof.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement, ensure that:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, box, and accessories are intact
- A valid proof (images/video) must be shared with us
- No returns accepted for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Consumable items such as lamination sheets once opened
- Customized/Used items without valid reason for return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund may take 3-7 business days after approval
- Replacement will be shipped if requested and available
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, if not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
